The University of the Southern Caribbean’s Department of Nursing Education cordially invites the university community to the annual Nursing Pinning Ceremony – a cherished tradition celebrating the academic achievements and professional commitment of our graduating nursing students.
This solemn and inspiring ceremony marks the transition from student to nursing professional, as graduates receive their nursing pins – a symbol of dedication, compassion, and service to humanity.

Preparation Instructions:
To ensure a smooth graduation process, please complete the steps outlined below:
- Step 1: Verify Your Status – Check your name on the upcoming 3rd Draft and Final Graduation Lists. Ensure you have obtained full Academic and Financial clearance. If your name is missing, contact your Academic Auditor immediately.
- Step 2: Book Your Portrait – Capture this milestone by booking your one official portrait session using your valid USC student email address.
- Step 3: Secure Your Regalia – Prepare for the ceremony by collecting your university-approved cap, hood, and gown during the distribution week. (Note: Caps are not to be decorated).
- Step 4: Stay Connected – Join the official Graduating Class of 2026 WhatsApp Group for real-time updates and announcements.
