Honors Convocation 2023

Honors Convocation 2023 will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 3:05pm on USC's Main Campus. This year’s ceremony will be held in-person and will include honorees from the academic period 2021-2022. Honor certificates will be available for collection at your various schools following the ceremony.

Please click below to view students with the requisite GPAs for the Dean’s, Provost’s and President’s lists for the 2021-2022 Academic Year. Each document is organized in the following order:

  1. The President’s List
  2. The Provost’s List
  3. The Dean's list for first semester ONLY
  4. The Dean's list for second semester ONLY
  5. The Dean's list for Academic Year 2021-2022 (students achieving the requisite GPA in the first and second semester)

Names should only appear once and only one certificate will be given per student.

The President’s Honour Roll

To be listed on the President’s Honour Roll, a student must attain a cumulative GPA of 4.00, and must complete at least two full consecutive semesters, with A-C letter grades, or 24 credits.

The Provost’s Honour Roll

To be listed on the Academic Vice President’s Honour Roll, the student must attain a cumulative GPA of 3.74 – 3.99, and must complete at least two full consecutive semesters, with A-C letter grades, or 28 credits. The individual must have no ‘I’ (incomplete), ‘DG’s’ (Deferred Grades) and no individual grade below “C”.

The Dean's List

All students who maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.50 for one semester of the school year, with at least 12 A-C letter-graded credits with no individual grade below "C" and no "I's" (incompletes) and “DG’s” (Deferred Grades) are placed on the Dean's List.

For Queries

Should there be queries, kindly follow the process outlined below:

  1. Email Mrs. Sherma Giffard-Morris at with any/all queries concerning the Honors List. A response will be provided within three (3) business days.
  2. All queries MUST be submitted by Friday, February 24, 2023. Queries submitted after this deadline will not be acknowledged.

Before submitting queries please ensure that the Honor Roll Policy is adhered to. This policy is stated below or can be found in the 2017-2019 Bulletin Pg. 36 or the 2014-2017 Bulletin Pg. 25.
