Join us on at the Larry Gomes Stadium for a celebration of athleticism, camaraderie, and USC pride. Watch as our schools and campuses compete in friendly rivalry, showcasing their talent, creativity, and unity.

Transportation Information
Getting to the stadium is easy! Transportation will be provided at a small fee:

Departure Time: 7:30 a.m. sharp
Departure Point: USC Main Campus (buses leave from the Gym area)

The Portraits of Excellence Scholarship Pageant is more than a competition—it is a transformative journey that unfolds over several months, guiding student delegates through intentional academic, professional, and personal development.
The pageant goes beyond the stage to cultivate leadership, critical thinking, cultural awareness, and service-minded excellence among the University’s most promising students.

At the conclusion of the final event, the male and female delegates with the highest overall scores will be crowned Mr. USC & Ms. USC. They will serve as official ambassadors of the University of the Southern Caribbean for one academic year and champions of youth leadership.

Bridging Cultures and Advancing Global Nutrition, Health and Technology: A Caribbean Connection
The University of the Southern Caribbean is proud to host the 2026 edition of its Research Conference in collaboration with the Network of International Dietitians of Color (NOIDOC), focusing on the theme:
“Bridging Cultures and Advancing Global Nutrition, Health and Technology: A Caribbean Connection.”
This interdisciplinary conference explores how emerging technologies, innovative nutritional strategies, and evidence-based healthcare practices intersect to improve population well-being. Participants will examine both challenges and opportunities at this dynamic interface, highlighting local and global perspectives, including experiences from countries of the African diaspora.

Final Examination – 2nd Semester 2025-2026
The Final Examination period for the Second Semester of the 2025-2026 academic year has been officially scheduled. Students are asked to review all information carefully and take note of key dates, venue details, and important deadlines.
Examination Period
Dates: Monday, 13 April – Friday, 24 April 2026
Examination Venues
Main Campus:
All face-to-face final examinations will be held in the USC Auditorium.
Extension Sites:
Information regarding examination venues and rooms for extension sites will be provided by the respective Site Directors or Coordinators.
Important Notice for International Students
International students are advised not to make travel plans between the stated examination dates if they have face-to-face examinations scheduled during this period.
Request an Examination Letter for Your Employer
Working students who require time off from their jobs for scheduled final examinations may request an official letter from the University.
Please note:
Responses to requests for examination letters will be provided after the publication of the FINAL COPY of the examination schedule, as there may be changes to the draft version.
Dress Code
The USC Dress Code will be in full effect for all final examinations. Students who do not adhere to the dress code will be refused entry into the examination hall.
Examination Guidelines
All students are expected to familiarise themselves with the official Examination Guidelines prior to their scheduled exams.

Reporting an Examination Clash
If you have an Examination Clash (two or more courses scheduled on the same date and time), please complete the Examination Clash Form immediately.
Important:
Responses to clash reports will be provided after the publication of the FINAL COPY of the examination schedule.
All clashes must be reported at least three (3) business days in advance of the examination date.
