The existence of the School of Distance Education brings to life the University of the Southern Caribbean’s thrust of providing fully online programs (Certificates, Bachelors, Masters) to interested individuals.

Programmes

Fully online programs at USC are at their genesis and as such currently at the School of DE, only two programs are currently available online.

Registered Nurse (RN) to BS in Nursing

This programme allows Registered Nurses, who are qualified at the Associate Degree level, to pursue a Bachelor of Science at USC in a two-year period in the online classroom environment. Relevant to T&T Nationals is that this program is GATE-approved.

BS in Educational Studies with a major in Special Education

This programme allows interested individuals to pursue a degree in Education with an emphasis on Special Education

  • M.Sc in Education Psychology
  • B.Sc in Elementary Education
