Make sure you’ve completed the following steps:

1️⃣ Get Financial Clearance from the Student Finance Office

2️⃣ Collect Your Charge Slip (You’ll receive 2 copies: White & Blue)

3️⃣ Submit the Regalia Contract Form

📄 Upload the White copy of your charge slip in the form & WALK WITH IT to collect

🗓️ Monday, May 12, 2025 – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

🗓️ Tuesday, May 13, 2025 – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

🗓️ Wednesday, May 14, 2025 – 8:30 AM to 12:00 NOON

⚠️ No regalia will be distributed after this time.

🗓️ Sunday, May 18, 2025 – 1 hour after Commencement Ceremony

🗓️ Tuesday, May 20, 2025 – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Items to Return:

✔ Gown

✔ Hood/Collar

✔ Honor Stole (if applicable)

✔ White copy of Charge Slip to be stamped
