Overview

The Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management allows students to gain an extensive understanding of issues related to managing employees in the workplace and professional organisations. Students are exposed to the legal requirements of employees and workers, the compensation of employees, health and safety concerns, employee relations and development as well as staffing organisations and industrial relations.
