The Associate of Science in Premedical Studies is designed for students interested in a variety of health professions and prepares them for entry into many first-degree professional programmes. The mission of this degree is to assist students in becoming competitive candidates suitable for admission into medical school, dentistry, pharmacy, podiatry, optometry and veterinary programmes and also, laboratory technician programmes.
