Guyana Online Academy of Learning (GOAL)
The Guyana Online Academy of Learning (GOAL) was launched in 2021 as part of the Government of Guyana’s transformative agenda to have an educated workforce. In our steadfast dedication to the development and excellence of the Caribbean region, the University of the Southern Caribbean (USC) along with several international Universities has proudly partnered with GOAL to provide a myriad of pertinent programs ranging from Certificates to Doctorates, for Guyanese across the length and breadth of the country.
Programmes
Through GOAL, USC offers the following six (6) programmes:
Eligibility Criteria:
A minimum of 5 CSEC/GCE (English, Mathematics and Economics and Accounting included) AND an updated Guyana Nursing Council Registration Certificate which must include Registration Number; OR
A Diploma in General Nursing AND at least three (3) years of work experience as a Registered Nurse.
Duration: 3 Years
Eligibility Criteria:
A minimum of 5 CSEC/GCE (English, Mathematics and a Science related subject included) AND a Diploma/Associate Degree in Teacher Education.
Must be currently employed as a teacher.

An accredited Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
