STAR Open Day: Berakah (בְּרָכָה )
The School of Theology and Religion (STAR) hosts its annual Open Day on Thursday, October 12, 2023 under the theme בְּרָכָה (Berakah). This Hebrew word can be translated blessing. We have received of the abundant blessing of YHWH our God and we invite you to come to the office of the STAR (on the hill opposite the USC Church Building project) to participate in the blessing.
We begin at 9:00am. Come and get that massage for which you’ve been longing. Take a haircut and keep that fresh look. Know your health status and check your vitals. Pick up a new outfit. Partake in some delectable corn soup and other delights. Engage in spirit-filled prayer…AND MORE! Gifts will be given out. The best part is that for you everything is FREE, FREE, FREE!!!
At 4:00pm plan to participate in our aerobic competition with USC’s LeRoy Pierre and win the grand prize. You really can’t afford to miss it. Tell your roommate, tell your colleagues, invite a friend, share the flyer and see you there!
