The University of the Southern Caribbean (USC) hosted its annual 7K Run on Sunday, September 21, 2025, bringing together students, staff, alumni, and fitness enthusiasts for a day of exhilarating competition and fun. The event began in St. Augustine, with participants running the scenic route to USC’s main campus in Maracas Valley, ended in a wonderful celebration of wellness and community.

This year’s run brought together a diverse mix of participants,  from energetic children and first-time runners to experienced athletes and senior competitors. As each runner crossed the finish line, the campus was filled with a sense of pride and celebration. The morning concluded with a light aerobics session, the perfect way to cool down and end the event on a high note.

The competition was fierce, but several standout athletes emerged as winners in multiple categories:

Our yearly 7K Run is more than a race. It’s about showing up, pushing yourself, and coming together as a community. This year’s event was filled with energy and laughter, and it’s already building excitement for an even bigger run next year !
