This course responds to Caribbean political, civil, economic, social, cultural, historical, and contemporary contexts. It takes advantage of technologies that bridge time and space, allowing opportunities for participants to interact with peers from large churches with highly specialized functions/departments to those that are small, where functions/departments are combined, and all contexts between. The course is aligned with the General Conference’s guidance on possibility ministries and tailored to respond to Conference/Mission priorities within specific constitutional, legislative, and policy frameworks.
