Owing to the increasing number of positive COVID-19 cases and the recently updated public health regulations in Trinidad and Tobago, the University of the Southern Caribbean (USC) has made several revisions to preparations for and the execution of Graduation Exercises for the Class of 2021.
Graduation Portrait Guidelines:
Undergraduate and Graduate Students currently located in Trinidad and Tobago, who did not get the opportunity to have their portraits taken, are asked to submit a portrait for use in the virtual Commencement Ceremony scheduled for June 20, 2021. Guidelines are as follows:
Wardrobe: Students are required to wear a solid black top and adhere to the university’s dress code.
Specifications: Portraits should be taken on a white background.
Submission: Submit portraits to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than May 27, 2021 at 6:00pm. Submissions should include Full Name, Student ID, Program Completed, and Faculty.
Non- Submission: Failure to submit a portrait by the specified deadline, will be taken as a decision of opting to not have a portrait displayed during the ceremony. Instead, the graduand’s name will be displayed as plain text during the ceremony.

If you already have a graduation portrait in the requisite regalia for the program that you have completed for graduation in 2021, kindly submit your portrait to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than May 27, 2021 at 6:00pm. Submissions should include Full Name, Student ID, Program Completed, and Faculty.
