December Conferral Portraits (Class of 2022)


  • The purpose of these sessions is the capture of students’ official portraits to be used in the December Conferral Ceremony. Students are not required to pay for this photo. 

  • Please take extra care when entering your email address. Confirmation emails will be marked undeliverable due to inaccurate or non-existent email addresses. Any further communication will be sent to the submitted email address.

  • Please be considerate to your classmates - book ONE spot. Duplicate bookings will be deleted from the system.

Venue Protocols

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic the following undertakings, protocols and precautions will be implemented for all participants in the Photography Exercise with the University of the Southern Caribbean (USC):

  • Participant temperature will be checked upon arrival to the photography venue. If your temperature is more than 37.8 ℃ you will not be allowed to enter the venue.

  • Participants are required to wash and sanitize hands upon arrival to the photography venue.

  • Participants are required to wear a mask at all times except when asked to remove it by the assigned photographer. Masks must be immediately replaced at the conclusion of the session.

  • Participants are encouraged to arrive at the photography venue at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow for the above precautions and protocols to be implemented.

  • Participants will not be allowed to leave the photography venue with academic regalia.

  • Participants are required to leave the photography venue immediately upon completion of their scheduled photo session.

  • Only participants with a confirmed appointment may enter the venue. Companions and children cannot be accommodated at this time.

  • To maintain social distancing, participants will be required to don their own regalia. A tutorial is linked at the bottom of this page.

Book a Portrait Session

Submit a Portrait

Undergraduate and Graduate Students unable to attend a portrait session on our Main Campus during the prescribed period are asked to submit a portrait for use in the December Conferral Ceremony.

Submission Deadline: Friday, November 11, 2022 at 12:00pm.

Guidelines are as follows:

  • Wardrobe: Students are required to wear a solid black top and adhere to the university’s dress code.

  • Specifications: Portraits should be taken on a white background.

  • Non- Submission: Failure to submit a portrait by the specified deadline, will be taken as a decision of opting to not have a portrait displayed during the ceremony. Instead, the graduand’s name will be displayed as plain text during the ceremony.

Previously Taken Graduation Portrait:

Students already in possession of a graduation portrait in the requisite regalia for graduation in 2022 are also welcome to submit their portrait.
