- Closing Notice Announcement to all our valued customers:
To all our valued customers, students, faculty and staff please note that the University of the Southern Caribbean will be closed for the holidays from December 21, 2009. We look forward to serving you when we resume business on January 4, 2010.

Tuesday, January 5, 2010.
Registration:
9:00am - 5:00 pm Wed & Thur. January 6 & 7, 2010
and 9:00 – 12 noon Friday January 8, 2010.

- Dear Students:
Kindly ensure that you have received GATE CLEARANCE APPROVAL for the 2009-2010 academic year. This list is not complete and will be updated as we receive more correspondence from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Tertiary Education (MSTTE).
Students whose names appear on the GATE CLEARANCE DENIAL list must see Student Finance personnel IMMEDIATELY.
Please be guided accordingly.
- Please ensure that you monitor your transaction on IUTUS to verify that it is ready for financial completion. A registration transaction is ready for financial completion when the following steps are followed thoroughly:
- The transaction is sent by the student to his/her advisor for approval.
- The Advisor has APPROVED the transaction sent by the student.
- The transaction is APPROVED by ISS.
If this process is not done, your registration transaction CANNOT be completed by Finance personnel.
Please be guided accordingly.

The A.S.B is pleased to announce the arrival and availability of lockers, for the purpose of day/evening student rental. Cost is $5.00 per day or $99.99 per semester. Application forms are available at the office of Student Development and the A.S.B.
