The following is a breakdown of the cost for tuition and school fees under the semester system for the school year 2010-2011. One credit hour costs seven hundred and eighty dollars (780.00TTD/125.00USD) for Caribbean Union Conference Regions or nine hundred and fifteen dollars (915.00TTD/147.00USD) for Non Caribbean Union Conference Regions. Please note that all USD fees are based on an exchange rate of $6.24TT to $1.00US. However, this rate is subject to change without prior notification.

PAYMENT OF FEES
All fees are to be paid at any RBTT or Republic Bank in either TT or US dollars on or before registration dates. Account numbers are listed below. Make slip payable to USC with reference to student name and school ID number. Please bring deposit slip to registration as proof of payment.

If paying in US dollars: RBTT Bank, St. Augustine – Account number 180-103-165-7 Republic Bank, Tunapuna – Account number 0002-1106-2064
The bank should give you two copies of the deposit slip upon completion of your transaction; one copy must be submitted to the Finance Office through one of its authorized personnel who will enter it into your account. Ensure that your name and ID number are written clearly on this slip before you submit it to the Finance Office. If you have received only one copy from the bank, please make a copy of the slip for your records, before you submit it to the Finance Office.
Non-cash payments can also be made at the University Cashier, located in the Administrative building (Certified Cheques, Linx, credit cards, bank drafts, or international money order ONLY). The opening hours for the cashier are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Payments made at the cashier will be automatically entered to your account, however you must ensure that you receive a receipt from the university cashier for your records.
