DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Providing religious leadership and cultural refinement
- Planning activities and providing counsel to faculty, staff and students
- Participating in development programme
- Must be able to show respect, appreciation and sensitivity to the diverse population of the University
- Maintaining University’s philosophy
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE - A Master of Science degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology from an accredited institution is required; however, individuals with a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling will be considered
- At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Counseling or involvement in Social Work
- At least two (2) years of Supervisory work is preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS - Taking pleasure in working with young people
- Personable, discreet, highly motivated, and customer oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed to high spiritual, moral and ethical standards of the University of the Southern Caribbean
