DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be able to teach courses in the required field 
• Serve as an academic advisor to a designated number of students

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have an  RN, M.A. or M.Sc. degree from an accredited institution
• Must be a registered nurse with at least five (5) years experience 
• Experience in teaching nurse education courses at the tertiary level is desired
• Must have a strong clinical background in Medical Surgical Nursing and/or Community Nursing

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Personable, discreet, highly motivated, and customer oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Committed to high spiritual, moral and ethical standards of the University of the Southern Caribbean
