DIRECTOR STUDENT FINANCE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for supervising and managing the operations of the Student Finance Department
  • Responsible for coordinating the financial aspect of the registration process
  • Responsible for managing student accounts
  • Responsible for submitting reports to the Controller and Vice President on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for processing and submitting for approval and posting, all student registration charges 
  • Responsible for providing financial counseling and advice to students

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A Master’s degree in business administration or management from an accredited institution with three (3) years of experience in the related field.
  • Or minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management from an accredited institution with five years of experience at the management level in a business environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Personable, discreet, team player, highly motivated, and customer oriented.
  • Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Windows, internet/e-mail applications and accounting programs.
  • Must be proficient in writing and speaking the English Language
  • The highest degree of personal integrity and excellent communication skills.
  • Committed to high spiritual, moral and ethical standards of the University of the Southern Caribbean
