DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the Tobago Extension Campus
• Develops certificate courses for children adult and the Tobago community
• Market all educational programmes to the Tobago public
• Administer the day-to-day operations of the Extension Campus in consultation with the Director of Continuing Education
• Represent and liaise with all publics in Tobago on behalf of USC

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A Masters degree from an accredited institution
• A minimum of four years experience in an administrative or supervisory position.
• At least two years experience in an education environment

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work independently and with little supervision
• Must be a team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Personable, discreet, highly motivated and customer oriented
• Committed to the high moral and ethical standards of the University of the Southern Caribbean.
