DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teaching of courses in Church History 
• Serving as an academic advisor to a designated number of students
• Active involvement in scholarly research and service
• Participating in extracurricular activities
• Integrating faith and learning

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Must have a Ph.D. degree from an accredited institution in Church History
• At least four (4) to seven (7) years of field experience in the Seventh-day Adventist Ministry
• Must be an Ordained/Licensed Minister
• Teaching experience at the tertiary level is desired

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Personable, discreet, highly motivated, and customer oriented
• Excellent communication and writing skills 
• Committed to high spiritual, moral and ethical standards of the University of the Southern Caribbean
